A strong example of what the Wrinkle Neck Mules do is evident in the title track of this 6-cut EP. "Liza" is both an electrified and acoustically driven song, with hints of bluegrass and chooglin` folk, that echoes the Badlands-type tale of twisted love and kidnapping. A strong story of thievery threads the slow, blistering roots-rock of "Stolen Horses". Among the final 4 tunes, all recorded live in their native Richmond, VA in `05, is a cover of Mickey Newbury`s "Why You Been Gone So Long".
