Channeling the soulful N`awlins drawl of Dr. John, Nemetz waxes on relationships: self destructive, damaging, decaying, and heartbreaking. Before you decide an intervention is needed for Nemetz, he balances the tracks with meditations on appreciating the smaller things in life, like kids, an old car, and the freedom of youth. While the music draws on rock, gospel, and blues, this is a stompin` twangin` country record.
