Funky, and fun. Highway Bound has the loose energy of The Band or the stretched out textures of the Allman Brothers, drawing on the jambalaya of American music styles. It feels like a series of porch rockin` jams, even if we know this was a produced project. There is a confidence in the playing that belies the young ages of the band members, as if old souls have inhabited them and their music, giving them the ability to groove together as if they`ve been playing together for a hundred years. - Jeff Weiss, Miles of Music (fauxpas)
