Teisha Helgerson (vocals/drums), Jesse Emerson (bass) and Scott Weddle (guitar/vocals), collectively known as Amelia, create a beautifully wrenching album with A long, lovely list of repairs. The pained singing fits nicely with the rustic melodies. There are elements of country, blues, and folk in this album but more than anything that tracks are stripped down musically to highlight the signing and the message being sung. This is a very album filled with moving, mid-tempo melodies that remind the listener that even in the dimmest of situations there is hope and that part of being healed isnt looking towards what recovery will be like but the process that comes with working towards. -- Jason Kordich, Jivemagazin.com (Adrenaline)
